Awesome Cafés & Restaurants in Amsterdam
Bazar
During the openening times of the Albert Cuyp Market you might be able to overlook the ‘Bazar’. You will find this oriental restaurant right off Albert Cuyp Straat so just walk your way through the stalls to get in. The location is absolutely amazing and, looking at it from the outside, you will never expect what you will see when you are in. Bazar is placed in a former church which was transformed into a mosque and ended up as restaurant.
The atmosphere is amazing! The food ist good and well priced (try the Falafel!) and Bazar offers free wifi (but might not work every day)

De Wasserrette
De Wasserette is a very fancy and charming café located in the de Pijp quarter. The café offers seats outside which are clearly the best to watch life and people pass by. And there are many people to watch as the big market is just around the corner. So de Wasserette is the perfect place to start your day with a good breakfast. Egg Benedict is a recommendation! But there are also delicious cakes to taste, they also offer fine food to take away.

Café George
Café George is a charming little place with a good view of the small canal right in front of the door. Especially on saturdays it gets quite crowded so you should be a bit more patient. Café George develops all its charme when it is warm enough to sit outside. The menu is not only well designed but also quite good! Try the fries with Steak and Sauce Bernaise!
