1 Eligibility and exclusion
People who are 18 or older and have a permanent place of residence are eligible to participate. Employees and their family members and the sales partners of MEININGER Shared Services GmbH are excluded from participation. To participate in the competition, a photograph showing the participant with the MEININGER magazine must be provided. The photo can be e-mailed to onthemove@meininger-hotels.com , submitted via Instagram/Twitter using the hashtag #MEININGERonthemove or posted on the MEININGER Hotels Facebook fanpage. The deadline for entries is 11 pm, 15 December 2016. The participant transmits MEININGER Shared Services GmbH the right of further use of the submitted image.
MEININGER Shared Services GmbH expressly reserves the right to exclude from the competition participants who are in breach of these terms of participation.
2 Prize
A winner will be drawn at random from all the entries, winning a voucher for a two-night stay in a double room with breakfast at a MEININGER hotel (valid for 1 year, on request and subject to availability).
3 No cash payout and decision is final
The prize cannot be paid out in cash and the decision is final.
4 Closing date, notification of winner and assignment of prize to another
The competition is open to participants before the closing date (see point 1). Winners will be subsequently informed by e-mail or via Instagram/Twitter. If, having been requested to do so twice, the winning participant does not come forward within the appropriate period (within 48 hours of first being informed via Comments), the prize can be assigned to another participant.
5 Liability
MEININGER Shared Services GmbH will not be liable in the event of:
a) errors during the transfer of data
b) theft or destruction of, unauthorised access and changes to participant data
c) technical problems of any kind
d) damage to the computer of a participant or of any other person caused by participating in the competition.
6 Data protection
Personal data collected for the competition is collected only for the purposes of running the competition.
7 Applicable law
The competition is subject to the laws of Germany.
8 Competition organiser
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. This competition is not organised by Facebook, but by:
