• Responsabile dell’allestimento e della chiusura del buffet colazioni, assicurarsi che tutti i prodotti sono correttamente etichettato
• Preparazione di semplici piatti freddi come ad esempio formaggi, salumi o insalate ed assicurarsi un allestimento adeguato
• Fungere da host accogliendo gli ospiti a colazione, informandoli sulle offerte speciali e sull'offerta di cibo e bevande
• Responsabile della conformità e all’applicazione delle regolamentazioni in materia di igiene e in particolare degli standards HACCP
• Assicurare una perfetta amministrazione degli inventari attraverso la redazione coscienziosa di liste per materiale rotto, andato a male o inventariato
• Godono di un ambiente di lavoro diversificato e sono flessibili per lavorare nei giorni feriali, nei fine settimana, nei turni di prima mattina, pomeriggio e sera
• Importante da notare: Il turno inizia presto alle 6:00 e a volte termina tardi, in caso di cena (00:00-00:30)

YOUR TASKS

• Motivate the staff, ensure a pleasant and safe work climate and good cooperation within the team and with other colleagues
• To cooperate with the HR department to hire staff, to see the correct on- and offboarding process
• To take a lead in regular individual and team meetings, subsequently developing skills and knowledge through training and workplace exchanges
• Ensuring all work equipment and information required for providing the guests with the best possible service is available, in good condition continuously optimizes clear workflow and definitions
• You are using available tools to obtain feedback from guests: Analyzing and categorizing the feedback, drives activities, and implementing them in coordination with the Hotel Manager
• Attending the complaints from the guests that could not be solved by the team and ensuring that the guest is satisfied with the offered solution
• You see the optimal room distribution by means of conscientious occupancy optimization, coordinate the optimal allocation of group rooms in coordination with the Groups department
• Performing regular audits aligned with company standards, documenting them, and initiating corrective measures in coordination with the Operations Manager
• You are maintaining an inventory management system, overseeing stock-takes in keeping with the provided guidelines, and supporting the preparation of monthly closings

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in leading a front-office team or similar
• You enjoy leading a diverse, motivated team and are an inspiring personality
• You are experienced in working in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
• You are solution-oriented and convinced with your great commitment and entrepreneurial thinking
• You have leadership skills including: coaching, mentoring, feedback, and training
• You have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and front office systems (e.g. Sihot, Fidelio)
• A desire to travel occasionally

LES MISSIONS

• Tu assureras le bon accueil de nos clients et leur satisfaction
• Tu seras en charge des Check-in/Check-out en créant une expérience inoubliable pour nos clients tout en optimisant l’occupation de l’hôtel
• Tu répondras aux demandes physiques et aux appels de nos clients pour les renseigner sur les attractions, activités ou autres demandes
• Tu seras responsable des tâches administratives de la réception (facturation, dossiers, conciergerie, procédures diverses…) et seras garant de la satisfaction client
• Tu travailleras au sein d’une équipe soudée, dynamique et bienveillante et seras prêt à prendre le relais sur des taches occasionnelles des autres services de l’hôtel (petit-déjeuner, bar, diners…)
• Tu aimeras un environnement de travail sain et varié et seras flexible quant aux horaires de travail (semaine, week-end, soirs, nuits…)

• Tu possèdes une expérience significative ou es passionné(e) par le monde de l’hôtellerie
